Former NBA star Zach Randolph sells home in Los Angeles for $7.4 million

Former Memphis Grizzlies star Zach Randolph finally sold his Los Angeles home for $7.4 million, according to Realtor.com’s Kelsi Karruli.

Randolph, 44, first decided to sell his 8,500-square-foot home for sale in September 2024. Since then, asking prices have gradually dropped, first to $8.2 million in January 2025, and then to $7.9 million only two months later.
The modern 6-bedroom 10-bathroom Encino Estate was relisted for the last time in March, and records show Randolph recently accepted a $7.4 million offer.
Randolph bought a custom, brand new home in 2019 with a trust of less than $5.2 million. The sale sets a mark per square foot in Encino’s Amestoy Estates, about $864.70.



The home was sold as the “pinpoint of luxury living” with its wildfire designed to protect it from “extreme heat and ember exposure” during the wildfire and has a reinforced concrete exterior and other non-combustible materials.

There are several balconies and shrubs outside the enclosed property.
The house is sold by a unique concierge
According to Karrulli, the home was sold by Rod Watson, Laura Watson and Renecia Watson of Difcent Concierge, which is reportedly “specialized in sports and entertainment real estate.”
Rod, CEO of Concierge, told Karruli about the deal on Realtor.com that his agency has become a staple of the high-value real estate market for wealthy professional athletes.
“We were entrusted to this listing due to our track record as a good real estate consultant for NBA and NFL professionals,” he said. “Our team understands how to position such a luxury estate in a way that speaks to elite buyers.”
According to the company, the unnamed buyer was an executive of an energy company that moved to Houston. Buyers reportedly “desperate” about the full-size basketball court.
Zach Randolph is a two-time NBA All-Star game, and his No. 50 jersey is the first retired Grizzlies, and he also plays for the New York Knicks, the Los Angeles Clippers, the Portland Trail Blazers and the Sacramento Kings.
The 6-foot-9 Randolph played in the NBA for 17 seasons before deciding to retire.
In 1,116 professional NBA regular season (883 games), he averaged 16.6 points, 9.1 rebounds, 1.8 assists and 31 minutes of games while shooting 47.1% and 76.4% from the foul line.
