Chelsea coaching team now hopes Maresca replaces Colwill with 22-year-old Colwill

Chelsea had a nightmare earlier this week after news of Levi Colwill’s serious ACL injury, with Enzo Maresca entering the new season, minus one of his star defenders.

The British man had a serious incident in a serious luck, and he suffered a new injury at the end of his first training session at Cobham.

After performing a scan and surgery on the issue, Colville will now be on the way for most of next season, which could suddenly add a new central defender.

Chelsea coaches want Renato Veiga to replace Levi Colwill
