Newcastle watches £40m forward, his ‘turn’

Newcastle United takes the new center to St. James Park before the Grand Slam closed in early September.
Liverpool has been announced to be interested in the deal to sign Alexander Isak as they rejected Swedish International’s £110 million bid.
Eddie Howe is beside her club’s Isak future, as they have lost Callum Wilson, who has lost Callum Wilson, whose contract expires this summer.
This means Newcastle is in the market, bringing new numbers into new numbers, and competition with the Swedish striker may play with it, and Benjamin Sesko is one of their main goals.
Sky Sports reporter Keith Downie revealed that the club has made an offer for RB Leipzig stars, which matches their valuation of towering attackers.
Benjamin Sesko can bring to Newcastle
The 6-foot-5 bidder will be a brilliant signing for Newcastle as he is a comprehensive center and he may be the 9th Howe dynamic choice.
Despite his height, Sesko is an incredible mobile forward who loves to get involved in dribbling and assists and becomes a threat in the box.
The clips in the video above show his sport quality. He made a huge leap towards himself, which helped him score from the cross, but the forwards could also stay away from the defenders with speed and agility.
So Sesko is a center, so he can score in many different ways, whether it’s from the cross, from the ball to the ball, from inside the box or from outside the box, which is why he’s the ninth number.

As you can see in the table above, Newcastle’s goal provided Leipzig with the previous clinical performance last season, outperforming his XG while scoring for German apparel in a variety of ways.
Sesko also provided 5 assists and 1.2 dribbling per game in the Bundesliga during the 2024/25 campaign, which shows that he can provide creativity and master his goals.
However, the 22-year-old ninth man isn’t the only striker on the club’s radar, and Xipies is watching another star from Germany who may be better than the Leipzig man.
Newcastle’s focus on deals for Germany International
According to the start-up room, Newcastle United hopes to bring in two new strikers before the end of the summer transfer window, which may be to keep Isak moving forward.
The report claims that Premier League teams want to sign Sesko and another ninth place, Stuttgart’s Nick Woltemade is one of their potential options for radar.
It reveals that Yoane Wissa, Ollie Watkins, Nicolas Jackson, Evanilson, Lois Openda and Woltemade may all have Newcastle signings to complement Sesko that Sesko hopes to add.
Woltemade is an interesting target for Hipies as he reportedly wants to sign Bundesliga champion Bayern Munich (Bundesliga Championships) and they are waiting for Stuttgart to lower the valuation of its striker before taking action.
The German international team is reportedly worth £40 million, while the Bundesliga team is Newcastle, and if Bayern is reluctant to pay the asking price, Newcastle may feel a chance to participate in his service.
Why Newcastle should sign Nick Waltermad
Hipies should push the Woltemade signing this summer, because even if the Slovenian ace is a great addition in itself, he has the potential to be better than Sesko.
Like the Leipzig star, the German striker is another well-rounded and young, at the age of 23, with ninth probably a brilliant addition to the squad to mitigate the potential blow to lose ISAK.
The 23-year-old Whiz stood out behind the excellent U21 Championship against Germany this summer, with six goals and three assists in just five games.
U23 scout Antonio Mango, also known as the forward “Excellent”, claimed that the forward “turned his head” during the game and it’s easy to see why the highlights in the clip above.
However, his table in the Bundesliga last season shows that if Howe offers him the chance to shine with the ninth major number, Woltemade could be a better center option than Sesko.

As you can see in the table above, the Stuttgart star has a higher rate of goals per goal and has created more XA for his teammates, and despite 800 minutes less time in the department, the key passes per game.
These statistics show that he has a potential to serve the team more in the center than Sesko, as German attackers are more prolific and creative, at least based on their form in the Bundesliga last semester.
As a result, Woltemade may have a greater impact in the last third of the Premier League, as the striker is more likely to score goals and create high-quality opportunities for his teammates, which he further supports in his sensational ability at the U21 euro this summer.
Of course, a large part of this latest report is Newcastle’s interest in Sesko and Woltemade, which means they both can reach St. James Park to compete with each other for a starting berth.
However, according to their Bundesliga form in their 2024/25 campaign, Stuttgart Man may be the best choice to start, at least in the short term.
