Is the lack of a quote sheet a fault for ownership?
James Murphy of RG.org: After the offer from last offseason successful Dylan Holloway and Philip Broberg, many think there will be more attempts this offseason. This is not the case.
One agent said that to complete the quotation form, you may have to pay for the player. Raising the cost of players is not what the owner wants to see.

Minnesota Outdoor and RFA Marco Rossi Don’t Talk
Joe Smith and Michael Russo: League sources said there has been no conversations with Marco Rossi’s camp in the Minnesota since early June. General Manager Bill Guerin said they wanted to re-sign the RFA forward. This may drag into the beginning of the bootcamp.
Rossi is eligible for the form but has not been signed yet. Guerin comes out and says he will match and doesn’t think it’s a threat. Rossi knew the wild was thin in the center and needed him to join the lineup.
He has turned down a five-year, $5 million per contract, and is believed to be looking for a deal of $6 to $7 million. Rossi doesn’t want to sign short-term deals at less than market value, because they can trade him. The wild may not want to go for a long time, more than $6 million.
