Anthony Davis lists Los Angeles Building for $39.9 million

Anthony Davis reportedly put his huge Los Angeles luxury home on the market. The news comes six months after the Los Angeles Lakers traded 10 All-Stars to the Dallas Mavericks in exchange for a February deadline.
Anthony Davis’s mansion has elevator, theater, home gym
According to TMZ Sports, Davis is listing his 8-bedroom, 12-bathroom estate at Bel Air Crest. The mansion has an elevator, theater, game room, wet bar and wine cellar, a home gym, a barber shop and a separate lounge.
The backyard features a lit tennis court, an Olympic-sized swimming pool, cabin, outdoor chef’s kitchen, batting cage, multiple fire pits and several covered patios.
According to Zillow’s listing, the 17,254-square-foot estate even features a custom-made children’s theater that includes HVAC and comes with a wellness center with a plunger bath and sauna.
The landmark mansion was built in 2010 and is set on 3.5 acres. Large-scale, manicured lawn complements the unmoved viewpoint, providing complete privacy for residents and guests.
According to Zillow listing, the HOA fee for the home is $965 per month and the second HOA fee is $330 per month. In addition to home security systems, gated communities also provide controlled access and protection security.
Mavericks superstars have been working hard to find a new home in Dallas
As for where Davis is now living, it is not clear whether the 32-year-old has found a permanent residence in the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area. The 6-foot-10 wing said earlier this year that he was having a hard time hunting.
“The only thing I’m not satisfied with is that I can’t find a damn house,” he told Marc J. Spears. “Luca told me it took him two to three years to find the house. So, I’m not going to wait two or three years. I have kids.”
According to Fox11 Los Angeles Kelli Johnson, before the blockbuster trade, Davis and his family were temporarily evacuated due to the devastating Palisades wildfire.
He reportedly wanted to win another title with the Lakers to improve the city.
Davis underwent ophthalmic surgery in July
Earlier last month, according to ESPN’s Shams Charania, Davis conducted a program to fix the independent retina he suffered in the 2024-25 season. He is expected to stay healthy in training camp.
Davis suffered a strain of left adductor muscle when he made his debut against the Houston Rockets on February 8, leaving him for about six weeks. Before exiting, he recorded 26 points, 16 rebounds, 7 assists and 3 blocks.
According to basketball reference, Davis played only 11 games in Dallas last season, including two games, and he averaged 33.5 points and nine rebounds.
Davis suffered a right eye injury in a 120-118 victory over the Atlanta Hawks on April 2 in Dallas. His teammate Daniel Gafford accidentally elbowed him into his eyes.
Davis left the match and returned with a bandage above his right eye. He needed four needles above his eyes. He missed the next game, but that game was on the first night back to back.
