Tottenham Hotspur’s “superstar” prepared to sell Tottenham for £15m talks

Tottenham Hotspurs are preparing to offer a discount transfer for one of the stars, while Chairman Daniel Levy and Lilywhites recruiting teams admit they are unable to demand high fees.
