An informal Chelsea deal could be possible when clubs talk to Maresca Outcast publicly

Chelsea may soon be able to exchange players as a club signed a “clinical” Blues ace in open negotiations, which he believes is not in Enzo Maresca’s long-term plan.

Given that Maresca wants to continue to strengthen the team in key areas, coupled with the demand for Chelsea to sell the remaining squad members, there are credible reports that exchanges could be a key transfer method for Stamford Bridge in the coming weeks.
