According to Tutosport, Juventus is reportedly interested in signing Crystal Palace right-back Daniel Muniz during the current transfer window.
The 29-year-old Colombian signed a new contract with Crystal Palace in April, putting the London club in a strong negotiating position. The palace is not stressed for sale and if Juventus moves in their interests, it could require a significant fee.
Can Juventus afford Daniel Munoz?
The Italian giant hopes to strengthen multiple areas of its roster this summer, but works under financial constraints. Even if he meets their tactical needs, they are unlikely to pay for Muñoz.
It may not be difficult to convince the player to join. Juventus remains one of Europe’s oldest clubs, and the chance to play in Serie A and compete for major trophys could attract Muniz. However, after just signing the contract extension, the defender is not expected to push for action.

Crystal Palace may lose multiple key players

Crystal Palace is at risk of losing multiple key players this summer. Eberechi Eze has attracted attention and Marc Guéhi may also leave in the final year of the deal. The palace will not want to let too many core participants into a window, making Muniz’s sale less likely.
Still, Juventus can test the palace’s determination with a serious offer in the next few weeks.
Colombia’s defender is at the culmination of his career and can provide direct value to Juventus. His defensive and offensive contributions will make him a versatile option for Italian clubs.
For Juventus, who intends to rebound after a disappointing few seasons, added that experienced and reliable players like Muniz may be crucial to returning to the top of Italian football.
