The Glasgow Rangers have reportedly set their sights on another EFL player at Ibrox after agreeing to a deal to sign Djeidi Gassama on Wednesday.
Rangers agree to Ibrox deal to sign Gassama
EFL is the place to care about this summer at Rangers and Russell Martin. Gers welcomes Thelo Aasgaard and Emmanuel Fernandez of the Englern Football League, and now reports that a deal has been reached with Gassama. At the same time, they also welcomed two Premier League reinforcements in the form of Joe Rothwell and Max Aarons, shocked in British football.
Like Aasgaard and Fernandez, Gassama represents all the Rangers’ involvement, apparently in the category of players Martin signed this summer.
The former Southampton manager recently made a speech to potential visitors and told reporters: “We think we will be in the buildings that will be in the next week or two and we will be very happy with them and we still need some help.
“We can’t rush to get what we’re not sure about. When we actually get in, it will depend on a lot of really hard work, a lot of due diligence, and we’ll make sure they’re right.”

Kamara impressed him everywhere, including during his time in Portsmouth. So much so that former teammate Conor Shaughnessy told reporters when asked about the winger last season: “Abu is a great player for us, he is a very good player, very talented and has grown up throughout the season and he has become stronger and stronger as he moves forward.
“Obviously, he’s in the back with a good back. Hull will be tough to see him on Saturday. I’m sure he’ll be dangerous for them on the right.”
