Argentina’s 2026 World Cup Family Kit Leaks

Ruling champion Argentina will defend its own World Cup title next summer – a kit that will pay tribute to their glorious past.
According to reports, the 2026 Argentina main shirt was leaked by Footprints and Opaleak, giving Albiceleste a bold new look to the iconic appearance of Albiceleste.
The kit nods to the history of the Argentina World Cup winning by weaving these eras into modern traditional stripes redesigns – 1978, 1986 and 2022.

🇦🇷First of all, the new family kit features blues worn in Argentina’s World Cup championship period: ’78, ’86 and ’22.

Sky blue and white keep the core, but this time the blue stripes have a two-toned gradient fading, converting from light to dark to increase depth. Navy accents appear on the shoulders and cuffs, making the shirts more clear and cleaner.
The kit will also be reportedly featured three stars above the summit of Argentina, each of their previous World Cup titles.

The model of this shirt features Lionel Messi, the 2022 hero of Qatar and the greatest player of the United States ever. However, it remains to be seen whether he will wear a jersey in an actual World Cup match.
“I think about it and wait and see, but I don’t want to set that goal either,” Messi said recently about his potential involvement next year. “I have to take it every day and see how I feel physically and be honest with myself.”
For fans, for football, hope is the last World Cup chapter in Messi’s story.
