Celtics may consider trading $285 million NBA Finals MVP

After trading Jrue Holiday to Trail Blazers and Kristaps Porzingis to Hawks, the Boston organization has processed two major deals that helped them save about $180 million in tax penalty. This means that Massachusetts clubs should be positive about their financial situation.
NBA champions in 2023-24 may continue to reduce costs, and are reportedly considering exchanging their 2024 NBA Finals MVP. Yes, we’re talking about Jaylen Brown, who is arguably the top 5 player in the league, currently has a $285 million contract.
“The Boston Celtics publicly said they weren’t actively shopping for the 2024 NBA Finals MVP, but they were definitely listening to quotes, especially after the recent waves of swings on the roster, such as sending Kristaps Porzingis to Atlanta and swapping Jrue Jrue Holiday for Anfernee Simons in Portland,” Sports Illate Illinger Illate Illarted Matt Brandon.

NBA insiders then added: “Boston appears to focus on youth and flexibility with lasers as the injured Jayson Tatum is being localized for much of next season. (Austin) Reaves is only 27 years old, which is perfect for this shaping, and the pick bounty could be a gold medal in rebuilding and developing talent.”
“Jaylen Brown can’t play the championship alone, especially without Tatum and added a versatile wing like Rui Hachimura, who scored 13.1 points on over 50% of the field goal percentage last season, will greatly strengthen their roster. Meanwhile, Reaves effortlessly slipped Brown’s scoring effect into Brown’s scoring role until he returned to Tatum.
The reporter’s proposal will send Brown to Los Angeles in exchange for Reaves, Hachimura, a first-round draft pick and two second-round draft picks. The idea is of course interesting, especially in 2024 not long ago, when Jaylen brought the Celtics to his first NBA title in 15 years.
In past campaigns, the 28-year-old averaged 22.2 points, 5.8 rebounds, 4.5 assists per game, and dropped 46.3% from the field and surpassed the arc by 32.4%. Ninth grade professionals are also able to influence the defensive aspect of the floor with 1.2 steals per game.
