Tottenham Hotspur contacts Jacob Ramsey of Aston Villa

Tottenham Hotspur joins Aston Villa midfielder Jacob Ramsey.

He is not a regular starter for Aston Villa and he needs to continue looking for regular game time. According to former Premier League scout Mick Brown, Tottenham Hotspurs has been holding him up for a while and they decided to take action for the 24-year-old.

Brown told football insiders: “Tottenham has been watching Jacob Ramsey. Thomas Frank scored him, a Spurs who have been interested in him for some time. They have been watching his performance closely and now they have talked with his agent about the need to bring him in. ”

Tottenham needs midfield depth

He can be used as a left winger and as a central offensive midfielder. He can add creativity in the middle of the park and drive to Tottenham Hotspur. He has the physical and technical attributes of multiple offensive roles, and he may be the ideal utility for Tottenham Hotspur.

They need to go deeper if they want to do well in the Premier League and in the Champions League next season. Ramsey could be a very useful acquisition.

The British midfielder has received high praise in the Premier League and has a bright future. He needs to join a club where he will get enough opportunities. If Tottenham assured him of regular play time, he would be happy to join them.

Aston Villa doesn’t think he is a key part of their plan, so it’s unlikely that they will stop him from leaving. It remains to be seen whether Tottenham Hotspur will make an official proposal to reach a deal.

If Tottenham can sign him with reasonable money, the deal looks like a master’s in the long run. Thomas Frank has a high opinion of the player and he may be able to perform at his best.
