Phoenix Shopping Royce O’Neale, Grayson Allen

Phoenix’s Suns reportedly shopped with the Phoenix’s Suns after traded Kevin Durant to Jalen Green, Dillon Brooks, the 10th pick in this year’s draft and five second-round picks.
The Sun has measured the trade market on Royce O’Neale, Grayson Allen
According to Michael Scotto of Hoopshype, Phoenix “measures” the trade markets of O’Neale and Allen. In 75 games (22 games) last season, O’Neale averaged 9.1 points and hit 40.6% from 3-pointers.
Over the next three seasons, the 32-year-old owed $32.62 million in total, $3.62 million. He plans to earn $10.12 million in 2025-26, $10.87 million in 2026-27 and $11.62 million in 2027-28.
Meanwhile, Allen averaged 10.6 points over 42.6% outside the arc in 64 games (seven games). In October, 30, Allen owed $35 million for the next two seasons.
He also has $19.38 million in player options in the 2027-28 season. Duke products are expected to earn $16.87 million in 2025-26 and $18.12 million in 2026-27.
Phoenix plans to keep Jalen Green
Green signed his three-year, $103.3 million contract with Houston last October. He owed $69.33 million in guarantees in the 2026-27 season and had $36 million in player options in the 2027-28 season.
Phoenix reportedly did a “background” work before getting Green before “measures his value around the league in case the Suns flipped him again through trade.”
According to Arizona Sports’ John Gambadoro, the sun intends to stay green.
In addition, Nick Richards at the Sun Center had a non-guaranteed salary of $5 million in the 2025-26 season. The 7-foot man is expected to be guaranteed by the Sun for his salary.
Richards scored 9.5 points on 60.5% shooting percentage with 8.6 rebounds and 22.7 minutes per game last season.
The sun is expected to move forward from Vasilije Micic, Cody Martin
According to ESPN’s Bobby Marks, if they turn down Vasilije Micic’s $81.1 million team option, the Suns could create nearly $100 million in savings and would approach the second apron threshold.
Phoenix must reject the microphone club choice until June 29, until June 30, guaranteed Martin’s salary. It should be noted that Martin’s 2025-26 salary is non-guaranteed.
In the unlikely event, Bradley Beal gave up on his no-trade clause, which was also an automatic victory.
Until June 30, the Suns are not allowed to aggregate contracts signed in the transaction, nor are they allowed to use more than 100% of the traded players exceptions. They are not allowed to buy a second round pick on draft night, either.
Phoenix has a second round with the smallest exception for veterans. The Suns created during the regular season are also allowed to use two trade exceptions ($3.2 million and $2.8 million).
