£61million star hopes to get Chelsea action this week

Although they didn’t start the Premier League completely with style, Chelsea beat West Ham United on Friday night.
Fans will expect Enzo Maresca’s team to be better than this year’s season, rightly, as the board has played more than its own role in the past few months, greatly strengthening the team.
Joao Pedro, Liam Delap, Jamie Gittens, Jorrel Hato and others all looked like great purchases, and there was still a week until the windows grand slam, and West Londoners seemed to intend to bring more talent.
One player who seems almost certain to join the club now is Alejandro Garnacho, although if the report is believed, the Blues can sign another international ace that will keep him away from the team.
Chelsea’s goal Garnacho upgrade
Chelsea’s interest in Garnacho has been a long-term, with reports saying he moved back to the club at the winter window.
However, this summer’s situation has made great progress, with Manchester United ace reportedly refusing other clubs to join the Blues as long as an agreement is reached between the two sides.
The Madrid-born gem will undoubtedly increase dynamics and more targeted threats to Maresca’s side, but now it seems that the West Londoner is closing down another attacker, those who will certainly let him leave the team.
At least this is based on the latest report by Spanish media Mundo Deportivo, which reiterates Chelsea’s interest in Xavi Simons.
However, the report also claims that in addition to having reached an agreement with the player, the player will also try to ensure he moves to the bridge by the deadline.
In other words, West Londoners tried to bring the RB Leipzig star to Stamford Bridge, and although no price was mentioned in the story, an earlier report this summer said a £61 million offer should be enough to reach the deal.
The money spent on a player is certainly a lot of money, but given Simmons’ ability and potential, even if he would keep Garnacho out, he is worth it.
Why did Simmons turn Garnacho out?
Unfortunately for Garnacho, despite being a versatile player, he can thrive in offensive midfield and left, so too.
In fact, the flying Dutchman showed that he was more forceful than the Argentinian because he had taken the time or so on the game in the middle and left.
In other words, Manchester United ace will almost certainly compete with the Leipzig star, and based on last season or so, we will choose the latter every time.
For example, when it comes to original output, there is no competition.
Last year, his 33 appearances in German costumes totaled 2,763 minutes, an unreal “game-changing” that was called 11 goals by talent scout Jacek Kulig and provided 8 assists.
This means he is able to keep his targeted participation on average every 1.73 games or every 145.42 minutes.
By comparison, the 21-year-old Red Devils Ace scored 11 goals and provided 10 assists in 58 games, totaling 3,568 minutes last semester.
The average of goals scored per 2.76 games or per 169.90 minutes was significantly worse.
When we look at their base numbers under the hood, the comparison is also one-sided, if not more.

Here, the former Paris Saint-Germain Gem can comfortably lead in most relevant indicators, such as non-racing goals, assists, improved passes, shooting and goal-creating moves, successful acquisitions, and so on, all of which are every 90.
Ultimately, from their output to the base numbers, there is no suggestion that Garnacho is even on the same level as Simons.
So when they are in the same position on the court, it seems almost certain that the latter will shut the former out this season.
