Even though the 2025 US Ryder Cup players at the Sanderson Farm Championships played on the field this week, the winning European team can’t say that.
Rasmus Hojgaard, who played at Bethpage Black last week, played in Mississippi this week, hoping to improve his Fedex Cup and Eligiblety during the 2025 PGA Tour season, as do many of his competitors
These include Rasmus’ twin brother Nicolai Hojgaard, who played on the 2023 Ryder Cup team.
There is also a recent US Ryder Cup player in the field: Max Homa. Homa won six wins on the PGA Tour and played for Roma’s 2023 Team USA. His game has been inconsistent since then, so he hopes to start a campaign this week that will rejoin him for the 2027 Ryder Cup.
